(2) view the contact of post players while crossing the lane
(3) continue to make position adjustments and read the offense (when the offensive post players make curls into the lane or reverse pivots for jump shot)
(4) quick swing to the weakside and there is a shot - no rotation
What must the lead make sure to do while she is in rotation?

Where must the lead be positioned when the ball is between the lane lines extended?
Closed down positon

What should the lead do if they started their rotation and entered the paint and the offensive player attempts a shot, passes or immediately drives to the basket?
The lead will stop and back out of the paint and allow the slot to cover the weakside of the play.
While in rotation, what must the lead be refereeing when there are no post players on the slot side?
the action area in the lane
While in rotation, if there is a competitive post match up on the slot side, should the lead be on that action area?
Yes.
When the ball is at or below the free throw line extended, what should the lead be thinking?
On-ball coverage and observe the defensive/offensive player by maintaining an open angle and having an outside-in position.
