In most cases, what is the lead and trails responsibility for OOB?
In most cases the lead will be sideline OOB ft line extended and trail will cover OOB above ft line extended
What is the order in OOB when assisting partners?
If you do not know, DON’T GUESS
Look at your partner, if that partner doesn’t know then you look at your third
If one partner knows then you say the color and point
What happens when all officials are not sure who the ball went OOB on?
Give jump ball signal and assist partners in selecting two players to jump at the nearest circle
When happens if the two players are not identified during an OOB situation?
Will choose any two players on the court and jump ball will be at the center circle with the shot clock reset to 24.
What happens if the officials do not know who the jump ball went OOB on during the last 2 minutes of the 4th or OT period?
Instant replay will be utilized to determine which team will inbound the ball and get the correct time
