One foot inside or on the inner circle line and the other foot inside or on the outer circle line.

He will be facing the scorer’s table and is responsible for the accuracy of the toss

Fouls, violations or illegal acts if they are highly certain one occured.
What must the tossing official do after the toss?
They must hold their position momentarily and assume the trail position after the toss.
What is the main focus of the jump ball non-tossing officials?
They will primarily focus on jump ball violations by non-jumpers and blow back any bad toss.
Who chops in time on the legal tap?
The official nearest the scorers table

What is the responsibility of the non-tossing officials on jump balls at center circle?
28’ mark, legality of the tap(near scorers table), personal fouls, violations on their side of the floor and chopping in time/verifying that the clocks starts properly(near scorers table).
Where are the non-tossing officials standing on jump balls at free throw circle?
One near scorers table at 28’ mark - assume trail or slot position if the ball remains on that half of the court or lead position if the ball goes to the other half of the court.
Other official will be on the opposite sideline 4’ inside the opposite sideline. They will stay in the lead position if the ball remains on that half or slot position if the ball goes to the other half of the court.
