what is scope and scope management?
scope is the totality of the outputs outcomes and benefits and the work required to produce them (this is defining what falls within the project and what doesnt)
scope management - the process whereby outputs outcomes and benefits are defined and controlled
Describe output, outcome and benefit?
output- a product delivered by a project (sale of property)
outcome- the changed circumstance or behaviour that comes from the use of the product (1 less asset on RAP)
Benefit- the positive measurable impact of change (capital receipt)
what is an organisation breakdown structure ?
- shows everyone in project and their roles, reporting lines and communication routes

what is a responsibility assigned matrix? AKA RACI matrix
1.describes the participation of various roles within the project
2.clarifies roles and responsibilities
3. will utilise the roles identified in the organisation breakdown structure

what is configuration?
the function and physical characteristics of a product achieved through deployment
what is configuration management?
the admin activities concerned with the creation, maintenance, change controls and quality control of a scope of work
