What is the concept of Holism?
Holism is the concept of seeing everything as a whole, rather than individual parts.
How does the concept of Holism relate to Yoga?
We aim to treat the person as a whole, we aim to understand and identify the symptoms and disease, not just mask the symptoms or solve the symptoms.
What is the difference in treating the symptoms vs. treating the cause?
Treating the symptom is narrow minded and solves only one piece of the puzzle. When we aim to treat the cause, we open the door to understand all of different aspects and identify the true cause.
