Fuel pump lockout procedure
– advise airport manager - locate and open circuit breaker inside building adjacent to quonset hut. - shut off all breakers - use lockout procedure – remove and secure key

– Airport FEC ( Field electric centre)

Officer in charge will activate mutual aid and or initiate calling of additional staff

Class lll aircraft involved
- confirm airport manager to contact Trenton search and rescue, crash tender to be used at the discretion of officer in charge. C1 respond to staging area A (terminal building air side) to set up command
- in the event AEOC is activated IC or PFS rep will attend, all other units respond to staging area A and wait for instructions. If the aircraft is still in the air then the IC with input from the AEOC will decide on placement of resources. 
CM will be called for potential of aircraft to touchdown in CM or mutual aid is required
OSM will be notified if potential for aircraft to touchdown in OSM or if mutual aid is required . No vehicles to go Airside unless escorted by airport vehicle. In the absence of airport employees and in the event of circumstances that require immediate action to prevent a loss or further loss of life or to mitigate the emergency, the officer in charge can send personnel and equipment air side only after the runway involved has been shut down via radio.
For an aircraft incident off Airport property the appropriate fire department will be dispatched. PFS resources could be requested to respond to another municipalities to aid in the fire suppression of the aircraft fire. Notify airport manager, airport administrator, CEMC and on-call chief officer for aircraft incidents that are reported in another municipality.

Obtaining fuel for crash tender
– If fuel for crash tender is required fill from tanks adjacent to crash tender hanger
– contact on duty airport staff to unlock pump, there is no access after hours
– if no airport staff on duty, arrangements will be made to have PFS crew attain fuel the following day
– contact public works for fuel if circumstances dictate

– Rescue injured and trapped persons
– control and extinguish fires
– evacuate unsafe buildings
– protection of life, preserve environment and property
– send representative to report to the AEOC

In an emergency situation at the airport and no guide is available what are you to do?
Officer in charge would announce over the airport radio that the airport is closed due to an emergency situation and proceed with caution onto the air side of the airport to mitigate the incident
