Method transmissions should be delivered
Radio transmissions shall be delivered in the following manner:
Press the PTT button wait for audible sound
Address the unit you are calling, state your unit
Messages are to be clear and concise
All transmissions are to be professional. No profane or derogatory language. 
PAP 328 Launch, locks, facilities, wading pools and slash pads.
List 5 locks and location PFS may attend.
Lock 19 - Scott Mills Lansdowne St., East Lock 20 - Ashburnham Maria St. Lock 21 - Lift Lock Hunter St., East Lock 22 - Nassau Mills above Trent university Lock 23 - Otonabee Nassau Mills Road

List dams PFS may attend

If information such as Sensitive information Personal information Contact names/phone numbers Access codes Hidden key information needs to be communicated it will be communicated via landline or CAD notes on tablet.
