what is a personality disorder?
an enduring pattern of inner experience and behaviour that deviates from expectations of individuals cultures
the pattern is flexible
leads to significant stress
onset can be traced back to child hood sometimes
not due to substance abuse
not better explained as another mental illness
feels of excessive doubt and caution preoccupation with details, rule and lists perfectionism that interferes excesses pandantry and adherence rigidity and stubborness unreasonable insistence
Anankastic personality disorder
obsessional
suspects without bias that others are exploiting/harmiing /deceiving them
unjustified doubts of loyalty
reluctant to confide in others
persistently bears grudges
suspicious about partner
perceives attacks on his/her character or reputation
