Explain the meaning of “holy” in reference to God and explain why it underlies all else in the character of God.

A

Holy - “set apart”…He is wholly different & perfect & complete God is the complete contrast of sin. (Rev. 4:8)

He is completely separate from sin (no darkness at all)
*1 John 1:5“God is light and there is no darkness in Him at all”
All other attributes are guided by His holiness and no other attribute will ever cancel out his holiness.
