If you should become personally involved in doctrines contrary to the “Statement of Faith of The Christian and Missionary Alliance,” what would you do?
Inform the District Office and open channels of discussion on the subject. Ultimately, if the differences were irreconcilable, I would resign.

Yes

What difference is there in being led by the Spirit and being subject to recognized authority in the church?
The Holy Spirit won’t lead you into conflict with recognized authority.
Being led by the Spirit is necessary for every believer and certainly every minister. If you feel that the Spirit is leading you to resist the constituted authority over you, that should be the first clue to you that it is not God’s Spirit that is leading you. It is likely your own will or desire that is leading you astray.
