HARD SIGNS (need for operative intervention)
A
pulsatile bleeding expanding hematoma palpable thrill audible bruit acute limb ischemia (pallor, paresthesia, paralysis, pain, pulseleness, poikilothermia)

SOFT SIGNS (Need fo Further Evaluation)
A
history of moderate hemorrhage
injury (fracture, dislocation or penetrating wound)
diminished but palpable pulse (AA index <0.9)
peripheral nerve deficit
