- Internalization
the theory that people PERFORM BETTER when in the PRESENCE OF OTHERS, like a coworker or an audience. This phenomenon is partly due to the fact that someone might feel anxiety or fear if another person is evaluating them, which can increase their motivation.
Social facilitation
A family unit consisting of at most a father, mother and dependent children. It is considered the “traditional” family.
