A

Clavicular head- anterior have a medial aspect of clavicle

Sternocostal head - sternum upper 6 costal cartilage, aponeurosis of external oblique

lateral lip of intertubercular groove of humerus

Lateral (C5, C6, C7) and medial (C8, T1) pectoral nerves

Adducts and medially rotates humerus

A

Ribs 3 to 5 near costal cartilages

Coracoid process of Scapula

Medial pectoral, nerve (C8 T1)

Stabilizes Scapula against thoracic wall

A

anterior surface of the medial border of the scapula
