• 1 1/4b live Maine lobster
• Removed from the shell
• Chopped and sautéed in butter, charred scallions & Old Bay seasoning
• Combined with 8oz white cheese sauce and 4oz lobster bisque
• Add Cheddar cheese and melt until combined
• Mix with elbow macaroni
• Topped with Mozzarella
• Baked to a golden brown
• Served in a hot sauté pan
• Topped with large lobster claw
• Garnished with minced chives
• Accompanied with serving spoon
White Cheddar Mac & Cheese
• 12oz Elbow macaroni
• Tossed with white cheddar sauce
• Topped with Mozzarella, Grana Padano and Pecorino
• Baked to a golden brown
• Served in a hot sauté pan
• Accompanied with serving spoon
• Garnished with chopped parsley
• White Cheddar Sauce - Butter, flour, milk, heavy cream, garlic, Kosher salt, Grana Padano, Pecorino, Aged White Cheddar, White American Cheese and Cholula

• 4oz Wild mushrooms (Portobello, cremini, oyster and shitake)
• Briefly sautéed with black truffle peelings
• Mixed with an Asiago cheese Alfredo sauce and a generous portion of gnocchi
• Topped with house seasoned breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
• Broiled to a golden brown
• Served in a hot saute pan
• Accompanied with serving Spoon
• Drizzled with white truffle oil
• Garnished with chopped parsley

• 3oz Bering Sea red king crab meat
• Briefly sautéed with black truffle peelings

• Garnished with julienned scallions
• Fried Rice - Canola oil, minced ginger, chopped garlic, togarashi, egg, Sambal, sliced scallions, thick sliced shitake mushrooms, julienned carrots, chopped broccoli sliced red onion, sushi rice, sesame oil and soy sauce
