Fuelling of aircraft
Must ensure that aircraft is not refuelled with class 3.1A flammable liquid when people are inside leaving or entering aircraft. Or when one or more engines are running.
You can fuel while engine is running with class 3.1D or C though.

Just need a copy of it.
Is a DFR required? If so what’s included
How long must you keep a record for?
Yes. Operator of ac must have some way of measuring Daily flights.

Operation of restricted and danger areas.
Can’t operate in them unless has approval of authority responsible for RA. Complies with any conditions for it.

By day or night (every) must not operate
Unless it’s active permanently during day. GAA is activated by ATC controlling it and pilot complies with requests by ATC.
Or if GAA is activated by notification and ATC unit has confirmed GAA is active.
Safety of aircraft in terms of airworthiness.
Can’t fly unless documents required are inspected and so has plane.
If any defects are found on inspection you must write it in tech log. PIC will.
Pre flight action for pilot in terms of prep
Before flying must obtain and be famil with:
