a town next to Cardiff Bay with huge amounts of depravation.
why was Cardiff Bay redeveloped?
Due to the closing of the coalfield in the south of Wales there were no imports or exports into the Cardiff Bay Area, leaving them derelict and idle, with huge amount of unemployment and a lack of modern amenities.

analyse your results on the regeneration of Cardiff Bay?
People feel that the regeneration has improved the Cardiff area. Some of the members of public described is at a ‘clean and pleasant and great place’. The world shows that there has been improvements and shows very positive words. One of the disadvantages is that traffic has increased.
what is the main land use area in Cardiff Bay?
In the Cardiff Bay Area the main land use is a majority of restaurants, the bay is an attractive area and the restaurants help to increase the pedestrian count in the area.
do people feel that the regeneration has improved the area?
The regeneration has improved the ares and the residents described the area in a very positive way.
