30 days to return faulty goods for full refund - does not cover digital
if in first 6 months product develops a fault they presume the fault was there at purchase or seller must prove otherwise
if after 6 months it is up to the customer to prove the fault was there
what is the impact of consumer law on business (4)
business must ensure goods produced are up to standard - may mean ensure training is given
if goods are not satisfactory customers will return them - this will cost the business
if goods are defective customers can claim compensation - high costs
poor quality will damage reputation and may loose sales
