- Congenital (Schwachman-Diamond Syndrome)

- Malabsorption (steatorrhoea, flatulence, distention)
- Malnutrition (weight loss, anaemia, coagulopathy, bone pain, neurological, oedema)

- UEC
- Nutrient levels
- Coeliac antibodies
- Absorption tests
- Pancreatic function tests (direct - secretin and CCK, indirect - faecal fat and enzyme analysis)
