deep pain
associated with nausea, vomiting, sweating, tachycardia
responds well to opioids and non-steriodals
neuropathic pain
caused by damage to the spinal cord stabbing, burning, tingling electrical pain not well controlled by opioids alone adjuctive anaglesic therapy
