After they deliver NOTE IgM rises if recent exposure to rubella.

1) if any doubt mother has not been previously exposed - URGENT check of varicella antibodies 2) Antivirals should be given regardless of stage of pregnancy (ACICLOVIR OR VALACICLOVIR)
