Pansystolic

‘MACHINERY MURMUR’,
Large volume, bounding collapsing pulse
What medication is given to close the duct?
Ibuprofen or indomethacin
What medication is given to keep duct open if associate with another congenital lesion requiring surgery?
Prostaglandin E1 (given until surgical repair can happen)
Turner’s syndrome is assoc with what acyanotic heart disease?
Coarctation
Williams syndrome assoc with what?
Supraarotic valve stensosis
