Third molar because the patient is 5 years old but the third molar will not start calcifying until 7-9-year- old and 8-10-year old in upper and lower respectively. The tooth germ can only be visible when the tooth starts to calcify.

Supernumerary tooth (is it also a mesiodens?)
e. Complications of this anomaly in developing dentition? Suggest at least four. (4)
