1 yo:

- begin to display a dominant hand
- Adding large beads to a string
- Feeding themselves unassisted
4 yo:
- draw a cross
- Cutting paper using scissors
5 yo:
- draw triangle
- Writing their own name
- Tying their own shoelaces
6 yo:
- Displaying a proper pencil grip
- Colouring in a colouring book, mostly staying within the lines
7 yo:
- Writing mostly legibly, and on the lines
Milestone related to dressing
1 yo: remove socks
2 yo (SUPS):
remove SHOES
Attempts to put on SOCKS

Put on jackets or open‐front shirts
Unbuttons a large button
3 yo (BEZS):
Able to put on shoes/socks
pull down pants with ELASTIC waist band independently
Able to put on a t‐shirt with a little help

Able to ZIP and unzip a jacket if the shank is already connected
4 yo (ZU):
ZIP and UNZIP and separate the shank
5 yo (TYING)

2.5 yo: Tells someone when having to go to the bathroom; can be on a regular toileting schedule
3 yo: Goes to the bathroom independently; may need assistance wiping after bowel movements
4-5 yo: Independent with toileting, washing hands, and clothing management
