Classic dengue fever
A traveller returned from Africa 2 weeks previously presents with a non-specific febrile illness. Blood cultures show Gram negative bacilli
Typhoid fever
A 27yo woman presents complaining of 7 months of fatigue so bad she feels she cannot get out of bed in the morning. She also has an associated sore throat, muscle pain, headache and has been having unrefreshing sleep in this time. All investigations performed are normal
