Why does water content need to be controlled?
Water content is controlled by water loss from what?

To protect cells by avoiding too much water entering or leaving them.

What is the concentration of our urine controlled by?
What happens when ADH is released?
A
By the hormone ADH.
The ADH causes the kidneys to absorb more water. This keeps more water in the body and produces more concentrated urine.
