Tear of Supraspinatous tendon (/sub/infraspinatous)
From degeneration or fall, trauma
Weakness+pain
Painful arc (partial tear) or limited shoulder abduction (complete tear)
USS/MRI
only need surgery if complete tear

Tx: physio, pain relief, steroid injection
