- increasing with age (3)
- increasing with dog (3)
- increasing nastiness (4)
- tonsillar carcinoma CS (4)

- blood, halitosis, salivation, loss of pigmentation, convexity of hard palate
- increasing age: fibrosarcoma –> SCC –> mlaignant melanoma
- small: MM, medium/large: fibrosarcoma/SCC, boxer: simple epulid
- nastiness: simple epulid –> MM –> linhual carcinoma –> tonsillar carcinoma
- tonsillar carcinoma: pain on opening mouth, mass lesion/crater, mass in neck, cervical pain

Oral Neoplasia
- systemic appraisal (3)
- Tx (4 and when to use the last one (4))

-local Ln enlarged?, x ray thorax, biopsy any lump
-TX:
no treatment: ABs/ steroids
local excision: palliative
radiotherapy: good for SCC but may cause simple epulid to become malignant
-radical surgery (removal of parts of jaw): when restricted invasion, epulids, SCC, osteosarcoma
