I: Lower 6 rips (lumbar) to upper 6 ribs (thoracic) upper 6 to transverse processes C4-7 (cervical region)
Longissimus

I: Transverse process of thoracic vertebra. adjacent ribs.
Transverse process T1-6. C2-6 (cervical region).

Transversus Abdominis
A: Stabilise trunk, pelvic and ribs.
O: inner 2/3 iliac crest, lower 6 ribs and inguinal ligament.
I: Via aponeurosis attaching to Linea alba and into inguinal Ligament.
Rectus Abdominus
A: Flection of lumbar spine and lateral flexion.
O: Pubic crest and pubic synthesis
I: Ribs 5-7 and Xiphoid process.
Trapezius - Upper
A: Scapula and Clavicle elevation.
O: C1-C7, ocipital protuberance and ligamentum Nuchae.
I: Lateral 3rd of clavicle and posterior border.
Trapezius - Middle
A: Scapula Elevation and retraction and lateral rotation.
O: C7-T3
I: Acromion and upper border of spine of scapula.
Trapezius - Lower
A: Scaupla depression and lateral rotation.
O: T4-12
I: Medial spine of scapula.
Rhombiods
A: Retraction and medial rotation.
O: C7-T1 and T2-5
I: Medial bored below spine.
Pectoralis Major
A: Horizontal adduction, Internal rotation.
O: Medial 2/3 clavicle, sternum and upper 6 costal cartilages.
I: Lateral lip of bicipital grove.
Latissimus Dorsi
A: Adducts, extends and internally rotates the arm.
O: Posterior Iliac Crest, Sacrum, Lumbar fasciae, lower ribs and T7-T12.
I: Medial lip of bicipital grove of Humerus.
Deltoid - Anterior
A: Abducts and internal rotation of shoulder.
O: Latteral 3rd of clavicle
I: Lateral Surface of Deltoid tuberosity.
Deltoid - Medial
A: Abducts shoulder
O: Lateral border of Acromion process and lateral clavicle.
I: Lateral surface of Deltoid tuberosity.
Deltoid - Posterior
A: Shoulder abduction and external rotation.
O: Inferior border of scapula spine.
I: Lateral surface of Deltoid tuberosity.
Bicep Brachii
A: Flexion/supernates elbow and flexes shoulder.
O: LH - Supraglenoid tubercle.
SH - Caracoid process.
I: Radial tuberosity and bicipital aponeurosis.
