Q

What is VO2max / Maximal oxygen uptake

A

The oxygen uptake attained during maximal exercise intensity that could not be increased despite further increases in exercise workload, thereby defining the limits of the cardiorespiratory system.

Q

What is Lactate Threshold

A

Your lactate threshold is the level at which the intensity of exercise causes lactate to accumulate in the blood at a faster rate than it can be removed

What is Performance VO2

A

Oxygen consumption sustainability at a given period. Determined by VO2max and Lactate Threshold

Q

What is Performance Velocity

A

Performance velocity is determined by maximal rates of aerobic energy production and anaerobic capacity and how efficiently the energy being used is converted to movement
