power distance: the degree to which individuals in an org accept and respond to authority
uncertainty avoidance: the degree to how many norms and rules are present in order to avoid uncertain situation
masculinity: the degree to which dominant values in an org emphasise aggressiveness for money rather than concern and relationships between people
individualism: the degree to which individuals in an org think for themselves and have different opinions than a group of people
challenges of diversity
stereotypes: generalisation of a person or group based on certain characteristics or traits
prejudice: judgements about others that enforce beliefs of superiority and inferiority
assimilation
members of a minority group are taken in and learn the ways of the majority group
