A
Impaired attention/concentration
Anterograde memory impairment
Disorientation in time, place and person
Fluctuating levels of arousal
Disordered sleep/wake cycle
Increased/decreased psychomotor activity
Disorganised thinking- rambling, irrelevant or incoherent
Perceptual disorientations- leading to misidentifications, illusions and hallucinations
Depression, anxiety, liability
