RAO: dark macula/cherry red w/PALE retina
RVO: eye is full of color & filled with blood

painless LOV, described as a “curtin being pulled down over eye”
tx: surgery(laser, cryotherapy)

sx: MCC of blindness in the US, often bilateral, eye looks normal, CENTRAL LOV
tx: VEGF = BEVACIZUMAB, RANIBIZUMAB
