What is the purpose of Ops 19?

1. to establish general procedures for shift and district assignments of uniformed patrol officers and sergeants who are assigned to patrol duties in the Operations Command
2. to establish procedures for the implementation of and attendance at roll-call/line-ups; and
3. to establish general procedures for shift assignments for officers and sergeants who are assigned to specialized units
