floaters, flashes, field loss, fall in acuity
what might be seen on a patients fundus with chronic glaucoma?

atrophy disc
notching optic disc
haemorhages
causes (bilat) gradual visino loss
dry AMD, cataract, DM retinopathy, refractive changes, optic neuritis, glaucoma
