classic triad = tearing, photophobia and eyelid squeezing
other - corneal edema. corneal and ocular enlargement, conjunctival injection, increased IOP, heterochromia

Signs on physical exam of orbital fracture
Enophthalmos
Orbital dystopia
Infra orbital nerve injury - decreased sensation to cheek, upper lip, upper gingiva
Diplopia
When should corneal abrasion be sent to ophtho
Concern for iritis - hypopyon, pupils not pupil-ing, Photophobia, visual blurring
Abrasion in visual field
Residual foreign body suspected
