Only Ops sectors, NOT functional sectors.

If you had multiple Ops commanders at a large incident how would you describe them?
A
Use A, B, C, D etc or descriptive ie, Ops commander factory, school etc.

Can an Ops commander change tactics tactical mode in a sector?
A
No, not unless authority has been passed down to them by the IC
