IC if highest ranking officer is below that of a DAC. If the IC is a DAC or above then they will be in charge of FFE.

a) Immediate and controlled withdrawal of all personnel from the scene of operations to a place of safety.
b) Implemented by IC or Ops commander, but can be initiated by ANYONE detecting unsafe conditions. Inform IC.

c) ACME thunderer - short sharp blasts .
Telemetry board “Evac all” button.

Crews maintaining exists should withdraw last of all, Then ROLL CALL.

a) Removal of personnel from a specific area of potential danger in a safe and planned manner.
b) Implemented by - IC, Ops commander, Sector commander, Safety officer or ANYONE detecting unsafe conditions.
