YPAD RNP 30 has tower 4.8nm than can cause EGPS Obstacle Caution. Why does this happen?

This can happen if the aircraft is not fully configured at land flap and approach speed prior to this point, or with transient vertical speed excursions due turb.

To avoid, it is recommended to be app/circling config before leaving 3800’ and have aircraft fully config at land flap and app speed at final fix. (notify ATC of slower speeds)
