Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute will signify that I have the S, K, E to hold a professional title.
LI is a unified voice that can influence government policy in a greater way than my individual voice can.
It is beneficial to me as it will assist my career.
Benefits to my company as it is often a requirement when bidding for work.
Acknowledgement of my efforts and dedication over the last few years.

How have you found the pathway system ?
Overall really positive
Built my confidence in my abilities
Structured my learning about my profession
Facilitated meetings with other disciplines
Jealous of class time - other professions / disciplines have but that has really forced me to develop more of an initiative in seeking out information from others and finding my drive.
Would be good to have everything together - I have seen from other disciplines they have also a place to save notes etc. on their pathway system

Landscape team of 18 in Belfast
Private limited company, entity in itself, managed by directors, owned by shareholders.
Liability only for own torts. Assets not at risk.
PAYE and corporate tax
set up under the companies act, company accounts and finances are disclosed to companies house.
