What is MFR technique?

A

Moving fascia until creep is felt, but with a breathing component. Have patient take deep breaths in and out.

Creep occurs on exhalation

What is BLT?

A

Moving the Pt into position of ease and have them breath in and out until you find the ligament balance. Hold for 15-20 seconds then return them to neurtral
