Q

How do you do an indirect treatment for knee?

A

MFR

Put one hand on distal femur, put other hand on proximal tibia/fibula

Use inferior hand as a lever to examine the knee for 3D tightness and looseness

Assess with leg in full extension and then with varieties of flexion

Passively twist distal LE into either IR/ER to achieve the indirect treatment
