What to do in an event of unlawful interference on board an aircraft?

A

Phone ICC/send ACARS, complete ASR if safety of flight was endagered, CSR if needed and police report completed when required

A

Red: always. Amber: on stand. Green: no further action required.

What are the actions for a red bomb alert?

A

In flight: QRH checklist. Declare emergency.
Taxi in: park somewhere away from terminal.
On stand: disembark all pax and crew with bags in a controlled way, giving security problem as reason. Only use slides in case of extreme emergency. Pax should stay seperated from other pax. Search when all clear is given by police.

A

Confirm search was carried out. Contact ICC; if unable to contact continue as ‘green’ unless further notes are found. Preserve the message.

A

Level 1: verbally abusive.
Level 2: physically abusive
Level 3: life threatening, weapons/trying to open door
Level 4: attempt or actual breach of flightdeck door, including violence directed to door

A

On a cold aircraft, all flights departing TLV, if plane was accessible in non-critical part of the airport, whenever crew have reason to believe security may have been compromised (100 percent life jacket search is required)

What are the baggage policies?

A

If no show: bag has to be offloaded. If it is a family travelling together (married) and bag is under someone elses name: good reason why the person doesn’t travel commander may accept the bag. If pool of people and unsure which bag belongs to who: pax must identify their bag.
