A

No, it is up to the captain to make sure they don’t interfere with eachother.

What to do when there is no authorised engineer?

A

Call MOC. There is two procedures, A and B. A if no action is required, B when there is. MOC will help and further info is in the MEL.

What is required when the aircraft is released by maintenance for dispatch with an inoperative item?

A

Tech log must contain detailed decreption, special advice and information aboute actions taken. MOC shall be informed when it is about landing capability, HF comms, RVSM, MNPS, APU and ovens or any other major component that could affect the ops planning. Whenever accesabile to crew: inop placard in place.
