Dyspepsia - (Abdo pain, emesis, anorexia, dysphagia, early satiety)
Upper GI bleed
Weight loss

Palliation of oesophageal obstruction
Radiotherapy - (Palliative)
Intubation/Stents
Terminal care
Surgery is only chance of "cure" but only 50% of patients suitable and ALOT of contraindications
