Uregent referralt o opthalmic specialist for assessment and management as risk to sight due to raised intraocular pressure as can block the angle and trabecular meshwork with erythrocytes

  1. Opthalmology referral
  2. Examine with topical aneasthetic
  3. remove foreign body
  4. Topical antibiotics -chloramphenicol QDS or fusidic acid
