Left CN IV nucleus innervates what?
A
Right superior oblique, they cross in midbrain (only example he could think of that is contralateral)

If you lesion occulomotor nerve on one side.
A
DOWN AND OUT. IT will depress and abduct. (Muscles still working are unopposed by occulomotor)

If you lose CN3 what is left?
A
Superior oblique (down and out) Lateral rectus (pulling out) Diplopia and drooping of eyelid Pupilary dilation and loss of direct constriction response (loss of Parasympathetics)
