Presentation - Uterine Prolapse
Constipation + incontinence
Dragging sensation
Feeling of a lump

Asymptomatic = pelvic floor muscle exercises
Symptomatic = pessaries, reconstructive surgery
Degrees of Severity - Uterine Prolapse
1 = cervix dropping into vagina
2 = cervix dropping to inside the opening of the vagina
3 = cervix outside of the vagina
4 = entire uterus outside of the vagina
Definition - Endometriosis
Presence of ectopic endometrial tissue outside of the uterine body
