It’s a bit more than play but not quite sport
For example beneficial to your health and is done in your free time, it’s voluntary, and an activity like jogging or running in the evening, maybe even a light swim

Leisure is done for: Enjoyment Stress relief Health and fitness Well being Feel like you're achieving something
It’s freely chosen and is in your free time to pursue activities which will enhance your quality of life

Natural environment such as an avalanche/ bad weather
