The time it takes for an individual to read to a stimulus

Ability to move and change direction at speed without losing control
Define speed?
Maximum rate a person can move over a given distance
Define cardiovascular endurance?
How well the cardiovascular and respirate system take oxygen in and carry it to working muscles where aerobic ( with oxygen ) exercise can be maintained
( the ability to maintain exercise )
Define strength endurance?
The ability of a muscle or groups of muscles to sustain repeated contraptions against a resistance for an extended period of time
( how long you can hold the muscle working ) like in a press up position or even a plank
