What was Banduras theory?
A
Learn by watching others and copying them.
Dependent on:
Attention: focus attention on specific cues, demonstration needs to be accurate and not long
Retention: creation of mental picture for future reference; not to much information, give time to watch, mental rehearsal needed.
Motor reproduction: must be physically able to copy the skill
Motivation: performer must have drive and desire to copy the actions; based on success / importance / status of model
Model must be significant, either someone famous or someone of the same standard. David Beckham or Alfie Lucas
